That is why we accompany your cure with a special supporting program: yoga and meditation deepen your inner peace, Ayurvedic lectures provide knowledge and orientation, and joint cooking events allow you to discover nutrition as a source of healing with all your senses. In this way, your Ayurveda cure becomes a holistic experience that lasts far beyond your stay.

Yoga & Meditation

Get in the mood for the day ahead with a soothing yoga program. We regularly offer a yoga class before breakfast, where you can stimulate your body and clear your mind with gentle movements.

By bringing yourself into a harmonious balance in this way, you can benefit even more from the treatments of your cure, because: Yoga and Ayurveda belong together!

Lectures & relaxation

In the late afternoon, the spa managers and therapists will organize a varied programme of lectures for you, individually tailored to the theme of your cure and your needs. Here you can take home many suggestions that will enrich your health and well-being in your everyday life.

Later, the evening sessions provide space for inner reflection and relaxation, for example in the form of guided meditation, dream journeys or calming yoga exercises. This allows you to wind down at the end of the day and prepare for a restful night's sleep.

Ayurvedic cooking demo

Ayurvedic cooking made easy! One of our chefs will introduce you to the art of Ayurvedic cooking so that you can apply the basic principles of Ayurvedic nutrition at home. In a practical demonstration, you will learn which herbs and spices are particularly important in Ayurveda and what needs to be taken into account during preparation.

You can find some of the best recipes from Birstein in the book "Die neue Ayurveda-Küche". Get ideas for creative cooking at home - sometimes Indian, sometimes European and always delicious.

Soul Spa - space for personal rituals

As part of our cures, our Soul Spa program accompanies you with selected impulses for conscious self-care - calm, reduced and without pressure of expectation.

You will receive little companions for your daily spa routine: a tongue scraper for your morning routine, a hair and shower soap handmade according to the Ayurvedic concept and a personal spa diary for your thoughts and observations during your cure.

A quiet room is also available for your own yoga practice, meditation or quiet contemplation - freely and without fixed instructions.
The Soul Spa is not a classic spa offering, but a protected setting for personal rituals, retreats and mindful moments that quietly complement your treatment.

Space for me

An Ayurveda cure is always a journey to yourself. Inner development and mindfulness can only unfold in open spaces.

In line with our holistic therapy approach upvaas - arriving at yourself - the curative daily routine therefore deliberately includes phases of rest and personal retreat in which you are completely on your own.

Ayurveda works not only in silence, but also in encounters. Our cures take place on fixed dates so that you can enjoy your Ayurveda experience in a small, intimate group.
