Frequently asked questions
When is the best time for an Ayurveda cure?
Traditionally, spring and fall are considered ideal, as the body responds particularly well to cleansing, detoxification and regeneration during these transitional periods.
However, an Ayurveda treatment is advisable at any time if you have specific health complaints or symptoms such as tiredness, digestive problems, stress or exhaustion - in short: if you have the feeling: "I need a new start".
How often should I take an Ayurveda cure?
Ayurvedic medicine focuses on prevention in order to keep body and mind healthy in the long term. For many people, it is therefore ideal to take an Ayurveda treatment once a year to reduce stress, strengthen the digestive system and cleanse the body.
A deeply effective Panchakarma treatment every two to three years can be sufficient as a preventative measure. However, if you already have chronic complaints or serious illnesses, this treatment is also recommended once a year to provide intensive and targeted support for the recovery process.
