The cure
In Ayurveda, Shakti is described as the female primal force that fills women with vital energy, creative power and inner harmony.
To strengthen the female Shakti energy, Ayurveda uses facial and full-body massages from the Ayurvedic beauty teachings of Saundarya. They open the heart and trigger deep touch and soothing relaxation.
Gentle hands oil the skin, pamper the senses and provide regeneration and rejuvenation for body and mind.
The AyurShakti weekend takes place in a small group of women (only).
